I am Tanjanica Williams, a dedicated professional with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting and minoring in Finance and Information Systems. Currently, I work as a Program Compliance - Data Coordinator at BELFOR Property Restoration, where I focus on optimizing performance and ensuring data compliance. My experience includes evaluating systems for performance, designing strategies to resolve data issues, and conducting proactive audits to maintain regulatory standards.
In my previous role as a Billing Specialist at Robert Half, I honed my skills in financial accuracy by processing payments and monitoring account statuses. I take pride in my attention to detail and my ability to resolve inconsistencies promptly. My early experience as a Student Employee at Campus Dining CMU taught me the importance of customer service and operational readiness, skills that I carry into every role.
I also had the opportunity to intern at the State Attorney’s Office, where I gained valuable exposure to legal procedures and performed administrative tasks that streamlined case management. This experience deepened my understanding of the importance of organization and communication in a professional setting.
Beyond my professional experience, I have taken on leadership roles, such as serving as the Internal Vice President for the National Association of Black Accountants at Central Michigan University. In this position, I coordinated communication and organized events that aligned with our organizational goals.
I am passionate about continuous learning and development, as evidenced by my participation in ERPsim CMU and my SAP certification.
