Front-end Developer

Ecomp is a company managed solely by university students in the IT field, and its
main service is web system development. I held a dual role, combining project
management and web development in a junior technology company.
Management and Business:
● Managed the complete project lifecycle, from client prospecting to final
delivery.
● Conducted briefing meetings, prepared requirements documents, and
defined project scope and pricing.
● Acted as Product Owner and Scrum Master, leading sprints, planning
schedules, and ensuring deadlines were met using the Scrum
methodology.
Development:
● Developed web systems using HTML, CSS, PHP, and the Laravel
framework.

Evolved from intern to mid-level developer, working on the creation and
modernization of web platforms for the automotive sector. Participated in the
company's technological transition twice, focusing on performance, scalability,
and improving user experience.
● Actively participated in the migration of legacy interfaces from Twig to
Blade.php and subsequently to a modern architecture with Vue.js and
Nuxt.js, improving project performance and maintainability.
● Optimized site performance, resulting in significant improvements in
Google Lighthouse metrics (up to 60-point increase) and reduced
loading time (up to 5-second reduction).
● Developed and maintained reusable components in Blade and Vue3,
converting Adobe XD Figma prototypes into interactive interfaces and
ensuring visual and functional consistency.
● Gained back-end knowledge with Laravel, creating and optimizing
routes, models, controllers, and queries to interact with new tables and
front-end functionalities.
● Actively participated in the back-end decoupling process, collaborating
on the development and use of RESTful APIs for communication
between services.
● Created technical documentation for components and project
structures, facilitating communication and onboarding of new team
members and other teams, using Google Docs and Coda.
● Worked with Trello, Jira, Hubspot, in an agile environment using Scrum,
participating in all ceremonies and ensuring continuous value delivery

I decided to pause my university studies right after the pandemic, due to personal reasons, and I didn't return immediately as I shifted my focus entirely to my job and career development. I plan to complete my degree once I secure a job.
