SIBG & TEBG Production Planner

I am passionate about supply chain management and continuously seek to learn and develop my skills in this field. My goal is to contribute significantly to the growth of the company I work for while enhancing my own value. I am particularly focused on improving my management skills to advance into higher roles. Currently, I am employed at 3M, where I have been involved in various aspects of production planning, customer service, inventory control, and purchase order management. I take pride in maintaining service levels that exceed customer expectations and ensuring that inventory levels align with company goals.

Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in material requirement planning, where I have been responsible for forecasting stock needs and managing supplier relationships. My role at Mercedes-Benz Vietnam allowed me to develop my skills in inventory and warehouse management, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and that the warehouse operates efficiently. I have also been involved in significant projects, such as SAP deployment and the development of Power BI tools to monitor inventory metrics.

In addition to my technical skills, I have a strong background in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration. I have led teams in various capacities, ensuring that we meet our objectives while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. My experience in supplier management has equipped me with the ability to analyze material reports and resolve issues effectively, contributing to the overall efficiency of the supply chain.

I am committed to continuous improvement and have successfully driven initiatives that have reduced non-working inventory significantly. My analytical skills, combined with my ability to work collaboratively with different departments, have been key to my success in previous roles. I am eager to bring my expertise in supply chain management to new challenges and opportunities.

Outside of work, I engage in various social activities, including volunteering and community service. I believe in giving back to the community and have participated in numerous initiatives to support those in need. My personality traits, such as responsibility, ambition, and a can-do attitude, drive me to excel in both my professional and personal endeavors.
