Business Analyst and Customer Service

I am a results-driven Business Analyst and Customer Service professional with over 3 years of experience across data analysis, customer journey optimization, and strategic planning. I consider myself a life-time learner, always seeking to improve my skills and knowledge. Currently, I am working as a CX Lead in a remote capacity, where I monitor and improve brand reputation through public feedback tracking and sentiment analysis. My role involves resolving customer tickets promptly and escalating complex issues to relevant teams, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions. I also build dashboards and reports to analyze customer data using Power BI and SQL, and I draft automated customer service agents using AI/NLP tools to streamline support tasks.

Previously, I worked at Intage Tech Universe as a Strategy & Project Management professional for BI products. My responsibilities included communicating and managing internal teams to execute both internal and external projects, as well as aligning strategic planning with management to achieve given missions. I also brainstormed to enhance creative ideas to improve solutions. My experience as a Market Research Analyst at Shire Oak International involved conducting research on potential markets and competitors, providing the Sales & Marketing team with valuable information, and analyzing consumer preferences to determine potential sales.

In my earlier roles, I served as a Project Assistant in the interior design industry, overseeing construction site operations and managing project timelines. I also worked as a Project & Director Assistant at Easy Fintech Vietnam LLC, where I conducted market research, assisted with IT projects, and evaluated cost structures. My educational background includes a degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Economics HCMC, which has provided me with a solid foundation in financial principles and practices.

Currently, I am also volunteering at the Philosophy Forum, where I develop and execute content strategies to grow and engage a philosophy community. I write thought-provoking content tailored for social media and design visual content using Canva to enhance posts and community branding. I am passionate about leveraging my skills to contribute positively to any organization I am part of.
