Developer on the partnerships team, responsible for creating educational materials such as videos, articles, courses, etc., focused on best practices for development on Blip. I was also responsible for evaluating partners technically and supporting them both during the partnership onboarding process and in their day-to-day operations with clients, directly impacting over 3,500 clients. Active participation in weekly meetings with international clients using English. Responsible for architecting and developing 30+ robust solutions using C#, .NET Core, NodeJS, ReactJS, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes for various clients like Dell, Raízen (Shell Box), JBS, iFood, Midea, among others. Contributed to the development of Smart Sales, a tool that allows scalable and customizable catalog creation for all types of businesses across all channels available on Blip (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Developed and made significant contributions to chatbots that became major success cases in the market. Served as a technical reference for junior developers, mentoring them in .NET, unit testing, and other technologies like Azure DevOps. Participated in the creation and development of campaigns for major internal events for Meta, Google, and Microsoft.
