I am a Technical Product & Project Manager with a strong background in Agile Product Management and Project Management. Over the past few years, I have successfully led cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams to deliver over 35 mobile applications, significantly improving on-time delivery and user satisfaction. My experience includes defining product vision and roadmaps, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize features, and optimizing development processes to enhance team efficiency.

In my current role at CROSS4SOLUTION, I have managed project budgets and resource allocation while establishing best practices for KPI tracking. I take pride in mentoring junior project managers and driving data-driven decision-making for continuous product improvement. My previous experience includes working with TONGUÇWORKS, where I led the technical development of EdTech products and improved data access speeds through SQL optimizations.
