Direct communication with clients to resolve issues and make strategic decisions. Also responsible for CI/CD maintenance and cloud infrastructure, working primarily with Azure Cloud. Acting as a Tech Lead, leading multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration among team members, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Implemented improvements in the largest billing workflow for one of Madefy's clients, reducing processing time from over 12 hours to 40 minutes, increasing efficiency and reducing operational costs. Worked on prevention and security fixes after a hacker attack on the client's main website. Led the integration with Correios to automate the shipment of physical invoices, reducing reliance on manual processes and saving hours of work per week.
