Sales Administrative Assistant

I am currently living in São Paulo, Brazil, and I have a strong background in customer service and administrative support. I have been working at Conforlab Environmental Engineering since March 2018 as a Sales Administrative Assistant, where I fill out customer forms and provide support in both Portuguese and English. My role involves training new employees and ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently.

Before my current position, I worked as a Receptionist at Conforlab, where I was responsible for welcoming customers, partners, and suppliers, as well as managing mail and calls. I also supported the finance department by organizing the meeting room schedule. My experience in these roles has honed my ability to work in a team and respect hierarchy while paying attention to details.

I also have experience as an English Instructor at KNN Language School, where I conducted activities and tests for students of all ages. This role allowed me to develop my teaching skills and engage with diverse groups of learners.

In terms of education, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts at Uninter, which has provided me with a solid foundation in visual language and art history. I also completed my high school education with a focus on Technical Computer Science at IFSP.

In addition to my professional experience, I manage an Instagram account and a WhatsApp group for a K-pop niche, where I collect information and translate content from English to Portuguese and I also create the instagram posts's arts and subtitles.
