I am a results-driven Regional Director of Operations with over 19 years of experience in senior living. My focus has been on driving operational excellence through process optimization, project management, and team leadership. In my current role at Oakmont Senior Communities, I oversee the daily operations of eight senior living communities in the Metro Detroit area. My responsibilities include managing budgets, revenue models, and labor management, as well as developing and implementing company policies and procedures. I regularly analyze the effectiveness of operational and financial policies to streamline processes and enhance overall effectiveness.

I have a strong background in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting. I generate timely and accurate financial and operational analyses to support decision-making and operational improvements. My leadership style emphasizes building strong relationships with staff, residents, families, and the local community, which has resulted in high levels of resident satisfaction and achievement of budget goals.

Throughout my career, I have developed and implemented training programs for newly hired directors and have worked closely with ownership to continuously raise the bar of excellence in our communities. My experience also includes consulting on new facility development and market feasibility studies, providing guidance on operational solutions, and managing interim operations for senior living communities.
