My professional and academic background is in business administration, business law, technology, process modelling, digitalization and innovation. In recent years, I have worked as Co-Founder, CEO, COO, CDO, CFO, Sales, Enterprise Architect, Project Lead, Senior Consultant and have had overall entrepreneurial responsibility and was directly responsible for the strategic and operational management and further development of companies, projects, portfolios and products. I reported directly to the organizations to various roles. I developed the strategy further and implemented it consistently together with my management team, based on a roadmap that I drew up. I did this in an international environment with different nationalities and cultures. I am self-taught, focused, visionary, adaptive and resilient. In addition, I was involved in several company start-ups, led financing rounds and successfully positioned these companies on the market.
