I am a results-driven Project Manager with over 12 years of experience in IT, aviation, and telecom. My expertise lies in requirement gathering, PMO governance, KPI reporting, and portfolio management. I have a proven track record of working with cross-functional and regional teams to deliver strategic solutions that drive business results. My experience includes leading the end-to-end implementation of cloud-based solutions and enhancing operational efficiency through innovative project management methodologies.

Currently, I am working as a Project Manager/Business Analyst at Adecco Pvt Ltd, where I lead the implementation of a cloud-based in-house merchant marketplace for Changi Airport Group. My role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to implement API-driven solutions and ensuring compliance with IT and security standards. I have successfully delivered multiple projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, significantly boosting customer engagement.

In my previous role at Itcan Pvt Ltd, I led initiatives that improved customer self-service for Apple products, enhancing response times and customer satisfaction. My collaborative approach has allowed me to work effectively with cross-functional teams to identify operational pain points and implement solutions that improve key customer service KPIs.

I have also worked as a Business Analyst at Ericsson India Global Services, where I managed PMO reporting for regional telecom programs and proposed digital solutions to increase team productivity. My early career included roles at Nokia Solutions and Networks and Ericsson India Pvt. Ltd, where I developed my technical and analytical skills.

I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication and have earned certifications as a Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master. I am currently pursuing my PMP certification.
