Hi, I’m Francisco — a Project Manager, Scrum Master, and professional plate-spinner with 10+ years in tech and 8+ leading agile teams without (mostly) losing my mind. I’ve wrangled roadmaps, tamed scope creep, and facilitated enough standups to qualify as a yoga instructor. Certified in Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and more acronyms than you probably want to hear — I’m obsessed with helping teams deliver great products and still like each other afterwards.
