Case Manager

I am a dedicated Manager with a strong background in providing direct physical care to patients and supervising their interactions and behaviors. My experience spans several years in the behavioral health field, where I have developed a keen ability to enforce policies and protocols while ensuring the highest standards of care. I pride myself on my communication skills and my ability to give consistent feedback to supervisors regarding employee performance. My goal is to create a supportive environment for both patients and staff.

Throughout my career, I have worked in various capacities, including as a Lead Behavioral Health Technician and a Behavior Technician. In these roles, I have honed my skills in patient assessments, one-on-one therapy, and group therapy. I am passionate about advocating for individuals with disabilities and have experience in direct support roles, helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, which complements my practical experience in the field. My educational background, combined with my hands-on experience, equips me with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in my role as a Case Manager. I am committed to continuous learning and professional development.

In addition to my clinical skills, I have a strong foundation in administrative tasks, including billing, data entry, and scheduling. I am proficient in various software programs, including QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, which enhances my ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
