I am currently working on completing my ComTIA A+ certification, focusing on foundational skills in hardware, networking, mobile devices, and troubleshooting. My educational background includes a Diploma in Business from Algonquin College, where I developed strong communication skills and gained knowledge in business management, finance, and accounting. I also achieved my Ontario High School Diploma from Neuchâtel Junior College, which laid the groundwork for my future studies.
In my professional experience, I have held various roles that have honed my customer service and management skills. As a Manager and Key Holder at March Road Pet Food & Supplies, I guided customers on their pet needs and managed sales operations. My previous role as Chief Department Cook and Customer Service Representative at Farm Boy Inc. allowed me to ensure a clean and productive workplace while demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.
I thrive in fast-paced environments, as evidenced by my time at Earls On Top Restaurant, where I managed multiple responsibilities under pressure. Additionally, I have a passion for coaching and mentoring, having served as an Assistant Coach for U18B and U15B minor hockey teams, where I organized practices and strategy sessions.
My achievements include acquiring a Transport Canada Glider License and being a member of the Royal Canadian Air Cadets, where I completed various trainings and courses. I have also been actively involved in sports, including playing for the Lithuanian Men’s National Hockey League and the Winnipeg Minor Hockey League.
I am committed to continuous learning and development, and I am eager to apply my skills and experiences in a new role that challenges me and allows me to grow further.
