I am a dynamic C-suite leader with over 25 years of global experience in launching and scaling ventures across SaaS, media, and innovation ecosystems. My expertise lies in building zero-to-one businesses, capital formation, investor relations, and board-level growth strategy. I have a proven track record in scaling ventures, securing a $50M valuation from a private U.S. investment bank, and driving 15%+ value growth. I bring cross-border leadership, deep AI and data insight, and a strong ability to navigate disruption with strategic agility and people-focused execution.

Currently, I serve as the Head of Global Portfolio Management & Investor Relations at REHAU New Ventures GmbH, where I have positioned the company as a strategic connector between corporates and startups. My role involves leading capital formation, investor engagement, and AI-informed venture operations. I have successfully curated executive visibility and built a global investor network, driving value creation across the portfolio through governance, growth strategy, and entrepreneurial talent development.

Previously, I co-founded and served as the CEO of Eventerprise AG, where I scaled a startup into a global SaaS platform with over 22,000 users across 93 countries. I led product and go-to-market strategies and secured over $2M in seed funding. My experience also includes architecting and scaling a purpose-driven B2B4C FinTech model at weasia, where I drove product development and system design.

In addition to my professional roles, I have engaged in various entrepreneurial activities and volunteer leadership roles, including co-creating the iThemba Pre-School in Cape Town, where I was awarded the Community Spirit Award. I am passionate about mentoring early-stage founders and strengthening the founder-first culture through structured coaching and capital access guidance.
