Sourcing specialist, production coordinator, merchandiser

I am a motivated professional with experience in merchandising, sourcing, and production coordination within the furniture industry. I have worked closely with vendors in China and Vietnam, managing finished date tracking and vendor sourcing for furniture, accessories, lighting, and decoration. I am skilled in negotiation, handling product pricing, sample fees, payment terms, penalties, and discounts. I support product development according to team requirements and assist in quality control inspections when needed.

In my role as a Sales Executive, I have been responsible for following up on samples and pre-production samples, inspecting goods, creating and managing orders, and coordinating production schedules. I have experience preparing loading details and diagrams, booking inspections, and assisting customers with inspections when they cannot attend in person. I am adept at preparing inspection reports and ensuring proper labeling and packaging instructions are followed by the production department.

I am proactive in resolving issues such as air shipping spare parts, sending samples to third parties, booking carton pickups, and conducting drop and weight tests. I also manage quotations, order follow-ups, purchasing labels, and payment tracking. My goal is to work in a professional environment that allows me to develop my skills and contribute effectively to the team.

I hold a major in English Language from An Giang University with a GPA of 3.22/4. I have obtained HSK4 certification in Chinese and an Informatics Certificate in 2021. I am computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent in English and Chinese.
