I am a QA Manager with over 10 years of experience in the Quality Assurance field. My career began with 4 years as a Test Analyst, followed by over 6 years in Test and QA management roles. I have extensive experience leading and managing teams of various sizes, from small groups to large departments. I am proficient in working within Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid development environments.
Throughout my career, I have led teams of Test Analysts and Test Automation Engineers, focusing on delivering high-quality software products. I have worked across diverse industries including compliance and tax, remittance regulation, banking, retail, fintech, payroll, and HR systems. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams from the early stages of product development through deployment and post-deployment activities.
Currently, I lead a team responsible for quality assurance of a cloud-based payroll and HR system, where I focus on team leadership, recruitment, and upskilling internal talent. I have implemented structured QA processes, KPI frameworks, and strategic initiatives that drive cost savings and operational efficiencies. I am hands-on in managing test strategies, process improvements, and automation frameworks.
