AI Product Engineer

Hi! I’m Igor, a product/fullstack engineer with 12+ years of experience in building and launching applications. I create fast, scalable, and no-nonsense solutions with intuitive UX/UI and a focus on execution and simplicity. Over the years, I have developed expertise in a wide range of technologies including Laravel, JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, Python, and various database and infrastructure tools. My work spans multiple industries such as HRTech, gamedev, and ecommerce, where I have contributed to both backend and frontend development.

Currently, I am working part-time as an AI Product Engineer at NewHire.ai, an HRTech startup focused on developing an AI-driven platform for automated screening interviews targeting the US market. My role involves building real-time voice streaming features and integrating advanced AI services like OpenAI and ElevenLabs to deliver seamless user experiences.

Previously, I worked at Saber Interactive, a gamedev studio, where I developed internal services including HR management systems, accounting tools, and air quality monitoring applications. I collaborated closely with different departments to create APIs and integrate various external services, leveraging technologies such as Laravel, Vue, React, Node.js, and Redis.

Before that, I was a Fullstack Developer at Steel-gun, an ecommerce company, where I led the development of an online shop and a custom CRM. I focused on backend architecture, server infrastructure, and enhancing user experience through continuous improvements based on analytics and feedback.

My earlier experience includes working as a Backend Developer at Pult.ru, where I contributed to the main e-shop and developed a call management system from scratch. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong skills in backend development, system integration, and delivering scalable solutions that meet business needs.
