Custom Sign Specialist

I am Clayton Follin, a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the signage industry. Over the years, I have developed a strong skill set in sign design, production, fabrication, and installation, along with leadership and project management capabilities. I am seeking permanent professional employment with an ethically driven company where I can contribute to mutually beneficial goals.

Currently, I work as a Custom Sign Specialist at Ace Signs in Springfield, IL, where I help potential clients identify their signage and budgetary needs. I oversee design and project specifications, estimate costs to meet client expectations, and ensure company profitability. I also provide customers with regular updates on project progress.

Previously, I served as Operations Manager at Prairie Signs in Normal, IL, where I supervised multiple departments including Sales, Estimating, Design, Production, Fabrication, and Installation. My role involved managing teams and ensuring smooth operations across all facets of the business.

Before that, I was the General Manager at Springfield Signs, overseeing similar departments and responsibilities. Early in my career, I worked as a Lead Signmaker at Next Day Signs, where I managed sign sales, design, production, fabrication, and installation, while leading a team to deliver quality results efficiently.

I hold a high school diploma from Glenwood High School in Springfield, IL, and continuously strive to enhance my skills in blueprint reading, graphic design, branding, and customer service. I am passionate about delivering high-quality signage solutions and leading teams to success.
