I am a seasoned Product Manager with over 15 years of experience in digital product development, enterprise solutions, and innovative fintech ecosystems across Southeast Asia. Throughout my career, I have led multi-disciplinary teams to launch scalable cloud-native platforms, managing product life cycles end-to-end while aligning technology with strategic business goals. My expertise lies in UX design, agile delivery, system architecture collaboration, and market-driven innovation.
I have spearheaded the development of eProcurement platforms and micro-work platforms, managing cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, and QA. I am skilled in conducting user research, writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, creating sprint plans, and leading product demos to ensure successful product delivery.
At KBZ Bank, I led the development and launch of innovative FinTech solutions within the KBZPay ecosystem, including mobile wallet features and financial service integrations. I also managed internal training programs to foster a product-minded culture and worked closely with regulatory bodies and financial institutions to deliver compliant and scalable digital financial services.
