I am a seasoned negotiator with over 30 years of experience in financial analysis and full life-cycle management of contracts for Federal government and commercial entities. I am proactive and results-oriented, with extensive knowledge of FAR, TINA, and CAS regulations. I specialize in working independently as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. I enjoy mentoring colleagues and fostering a team atmosphere that drives collective success.
Throughout my career, I have managed complex contracts and material control accounts, including overseeing costs and receipts for large-scale production projects such as the Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) and Air Defense Reconfigurable Trainer (ART) awards for the US Army. I have developed and implemented risk mitigation plans for global supply chains and have consistently enhanced financial transparency through detailed variance and forecasting reports.
My experience includes reviewing and administering subcontracts for both international suppliers and high-dollar US vendors, ensuring compliance with federal acquisition regulations and achieving significant cost savings. I have led high-visibility contract negotiations and terminations, demonstrating strong contract risk management skills. Additionally, I have contributed to proposal teams, issued RFPs, and negotiated terms to improve contract performance and operational efficiency.
I have held leadership roles where I mentored new hires and provided targeted training to improve team cohesion and efficiency. My background also includes managing business operations, writing policies and procedures, and negotiating with subcontractors to reduce procurement costs and improve operational workflows.
I hold a Master’s degree in Management & Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Western Governors University. I am committed to continuous improvement and delivering value through effective contract and supply chain management.
