Senior Python Backend Engineer

I am a senior Python backend engineer with experience building scalable web services, microservices, and payment-enabled applications. I primarily work with FastAPI and also have practical production experience with Django and Flask.

I design maintainable backend systems using Domain-Driven Design, dependency injection, SOLID principles, and common design patterns. I focus on extensibility so systems can adapt as business requirements evolve.

My database experience includes PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Redis. I have implemented CQRS architectures, used MongoDB as both a primary datastore and a read layer, and built search capabilities with Elasticsearch.

I work with asynchronous and distributed architectures using RabbitMQ, Celery, Apache Kafka, gRPC, WebSockets, and REST APIs. I have optimized Flask and Django applications with multiprocessing and asynchronous approaches.

I am comfortable handling deployment and operational responsibilities with Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, Linux, S3-compatible storage, GitLab CI/CD, and observability tools including Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.

I have delivered projects independently from architecture and implementation through testing and deployment, including messaging platforms, warehouse systems, crypto-asset verification services, and mobile payment backends.
