I am an experienced Software Architect and Team Lead with a strong background in building scalable distributed systems and enterprise web applications. I have proven expertise in Java and server-side technologies, focusing on modular and fault-tolerant architectures. Throughout my career, I have successfully led the design and implementation of various distributed web systems for data aggregation, enhancing machine learning capabilities.
Currently, I specialize in building scalable distributed systems and AI-native ecosystems. I have designed and implemented enterprise-grade Agentic AI orchestrating platforms and AI Voice Assistants with automated OCR pipelines capable of processing millions of scanned documents. My work integrates advanced technologies such as Java, Spring Framework, Python, PyTorch, and Kubernetes to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

I authored my company's growth strategy, including market and internal capability analysis, mission and vision definition, AI-native platform architecture, ICP/USP identification, go-to-market plans, and role-based governance model proposals.

I have developed backend microservices, customized authentication systems, and implemented high-load chat applications and smart contract analytics platforms.
I hold a Master's degree in Computer Mathematics and System Analysis from Belarusian State University and have completed multiple certifications in leadership, management, machine learning, and Kotlin for Java developers. Designed and implemented a distributed, scalable web system for aggregating data into a centralized Data Lake using Java 17, Spring Framework, Spring Cloud Data Flow, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, MinIO, Kafka, Redis, Angular, Gradle, and Docker. Utilized Terraform, Kubernetes, ELK, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD to enhance system performance and scalability. Implemented machine learning based risk management system using PyTorch, transformers, PyCaret, CatBoost, XGBoost, Optuna and scikit-learn reducing tax evasion risks.
