Operations Manager / No-code Consultant

I am an experienced Operations Manager and No-code Consultant with a strong background in project management, business analysis, and process automation. Over the years, I have developed expertise in building solutions using various no-code platforms such as Airtable, Make.com, WeWeb, Webflow, and N8N, as well as leveraging AI technologies to optimize workflows and improve delivery efficiency. I pride myself on my ability to gather client requirements effectively and manage weekly sprints to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.

My professional journey has taken me across multiple countries, including Russia, France, and Argentina, enriching my multicultural perspective and enhancing my adaptability in diverse work environments. I have successfully led large-scale projects, including a 1.5 million user migration, and managed cross-functional teams across multiple departments, consistently exceeding stakeholder expectations.

I am passionate about organizational change management and have been promoted rapidly due to my strong performance and impact on business process optimization.
