Engineer - Customer support specialist

Ambitious Mechanical Engineer come customer support specialist with a strong passion for engineering and blockchain technology. I have a deep interest in foreign affairs and renewable energy systems, focusing on solutions to address upcoming global challenges. Throughout my academic journey at Curtin University Malaysia, I have been actively involved in various projects and leadership roles that have honed my technical and interpersonal skills.

I have co-organized and spoken at blockchain events, sharing insights on blockchain technology and its practical use cases. My engineering experience includes overseeing the construction of a dyeing unit and the installation of equipment as a trainee engineer in the textile sector. I have also contributed to research projects aimed at sustainable development, such as exploring solar power for Melbourne's trams and designing low-cost mechanical devices using CAD.

Beyond academics and projects, I have held leadership positions such as President of the Pakistan Society at Curtin University Malaysia and served as an ambassador for the Curtin Tennis Club. I was honored as Best Delegate at the Borneo Model United Nations for my diplomatic representation.

My technical skills include proficiency in AutoCAD, Maple, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Premiere Pro. I am also skilled in public speaking, critical thinking, teamwork, debating, leadership, adaptability, and persuasion. These skills complement my engineering background and enable me to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

I am fluent in English and Urdu, with elementary proficiency in German, Arabic, and Malay, and full professional proficiency in Punjabi. I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills in a challenging engineering role that allows me to contribute to innovative and sustainable solutions.
