Throughout my studies, I have developed advanced skills in English, holding an IELTS Certificate at Level C1. I am proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, which I have applied in various retail and customer service roles.

My work experience includes multiple summer jobs as a Sales Assistant, where I managed inventory, operated cash registers, and ensured product availability. I have also worked as a Customer Care Adviser, providing personalized support and clear information to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.

In addition, I have experience in back office retail operations, managing procurement requirements, maintaining supplier relationships, and updating product information.
