I am a dedicated Functional Coach with extensive experience supporting employees in the use of Swisscom IT products, including DSL, TV, IP Phone, Tablet, and Smartphone technologies. Over the years, I have developed a strong expertise in system engineering, identifying and resolving system issues, designing new systems, upgrading hardware, and maintaining existing infrastructures. My passion lies in ensuring seamless IT operations and delivering effective solutions to complex technical problems.
As a Cloud Engineer, I have designed and managed cloud-based systems tailored to organizational needs. I collaborate closely with teams to identify optimal solutions, modify systems, and ensure they meet evolving requirements. My experience includes administration of Azure services, Intune, Active Directory, and ITSM systems, which has strengthened my ability to lead IT projects and manage cloud infrastructure effectively.
Throughout my career, I have held various roles that have enhanced my technical and leadership skills. From being a Client Engineer specializing in Mac platforms to providing 2nd and 3rd level support, I have consistently delivered high-quality service and technical expertise. I am proficient in IT documentation, Jira and Confluence administration, and monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
My background also includes ICT system engineering, where I defined benchmarks, specified infrastructure components, implemented and migrated ICT platforms, and maintained technical documentation. Additionally, I have experience as a Teacher and IT Support professional, coaching staff and providing in-house training on IT services and product releases.
I am fluent in German and English, with basic knowledge of Italian and French. My technical skills encompass a wide range of IT tools and platforms, including Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, AWS, Windows Server, Linux, and various standard productivity software. I am committed to continuous learning and applying best practices in IT service management and cloud engineering.
