I have 15 years of banking experience, with the past 10 years spent at HSBC Global Services Centre, where I developed strong team management and project operations skills, including leadership and coaching. Prior to that, I worked for 5 years at a small bank in Macau, primarily serving SME clients. I am well-versed in the entire credit process and capable of independently completing all workflow tasks except loan case approvals. I am also skilled at streamlining workflows as needed.

Throughout my career, I have received positive evaluations from supervisors and colleagues. I have recently mastered basic programming and testing, particularly with Hot Docs software. My experience includes daily operation management of a business unit with 11-18 colleagues, handling departmental central-level projects such as OOE report analysis and automation tools like iCATS, NPM, and WFM.

I was part of the coaching team for the "Operational Excellence" project, assisting colleagues across multiple regions including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, Xi'an, Qingdao, and Hong Kong. I provided 8-week coaching to team leaders and higher-level management, helping them apply theory to practice and improve team communication and efficiency.

I have prepared credit documents, completed system operations, assisted managers with management information, and was responsible for communication regarding the creation of Hot Docs letter templates. I independently completed the creation and testing of five Hot Docs guaranteed document templates.

Earlier in my career, I worked in the Credit & Risks Department at Banco Delta Asia S.A. as Chief Clerk and Senior Clerk. My responsibilities included internal and external communication, daily operations, following up on loan application approval status, preparing credit documents, checking required documents, and completing system operations. I improved departmental process controls and regularly monitored customer account performance. I also wrote approval opinions for annual reviews of personal and small business loans.

I believe work is not mechanical repetition but finding solutions to problems encountered. Every process optimization aims to free up people for more valuable tasks.
