Software Engineer

I am a results-oriented Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python and Java programming, specializing in computer vision, AI/ML solutions, and cloud-native architectures. I have a solid background in developing scalable backend systems and AI-driven applications using OpenCV and deep learning models. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated the ability to deliver high-quality software products while collaborating effectively in remote and Agile teams.

My professional experience includes working with various organizations in Sri Lanka, where I have contributed to backend service development, AI-assisted tooling adoption, and mentoring new engineers. I have successfully led cross-functional projects that increased team efficiency and enhanced product quality by working closely with project managers and business analysts.

I am proficient in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Python, Java, Django, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. Additionally, I have hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, containerization tools like Docker, and CI/CD pipelines, which enable me to build and maintain robust software solutions.
