Contributed to the ongoing development and growth of the AroundWire marketplace platform, with a strong focus on driving users to the platform, improving platform functionality, and resolving minor issues.

What I worked on:
• Keycloak Integration: Set up a Keycloak-based identity platform, enabled SSO across N apps using OpenID Connect, built custom SPIs to migrate existing users, automated realm updates across environments via shell scripts and the Admin REST API, centralized users/roles/sessions, and reduced custom authentication code and security risk.
• Sitemap Generation: Developed a high-performance, memory-efficient sitemap/index generation for handling large-scale data sets.
• Marketing & Traffic Tools: Contributed to the design and execution of marketing strategies, developed scraping tools to collect contacts across industries and services for targeted email campaigns. In addition to web scraping, I utilized various APIs (SerpAPI, Google API) to retrieve diverse business information and emails, with AI integration for content generation and SendGrid for scalable mass distribution. Additionally, I have developed auxiliary tools to drive traffic to the platform and improve its ranking in Google search results.
Testing & Automation:
• Improved test coverage with unit and integration tests using TestContainers. Also built a test automation framework with Selenium and Cucumber.

Worked on chatbot and admin console app, focusing on backend services and system integrations, helped with updates and CI/CD tasks across the platform.

Key Contributions:
• FAQ Suggestions: Built a system using Amazon Lex and custom matching algorithms to help chatbots suggest relevant FAQs to new users.
• Third-Party Integrations: Integrated tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, Postscript, HubSpot, and Salesforce to support real-time chats, tickets, marketing messages, and lead tracking.
• Event Tracking: Added user behavior tracking in the console to improve features and user experience.
• Product Recommendations: Built a component using machine learning to suggest popular or related products, helping boost engagement and sales.
• Bitbucket Import Tool: Created a client to pull in predefined chatbot flows from Bitbucket, making setup faster and easier.

I built key features that improved how users communicate and interact on the platform.

What I Worked On:
• Notification System: Built a service that sends messages through SMS, email, web sockets and mobile devices. Used a hexagonal design for clean separation of logic, added message templates using Apache FreeMarker to make SMS, email, and web socket content flexible and easy to manage.
• Messaging Platform: Developed a chat system for buyers and sellers. It supports attachments and lets users create and share offers, orders, invoices, and listings directly in the chat.
• Third-Party Tools: Integrated Twilio for SMS verification and notifications. Connected AWS S3 to handle image and file uploads.

I led the development of a real-time number plate recognition system for a parking platform. It improved how accurately and reliably vehicles were identified at entrances and exits.

What I Did:
• Built fuzzy matching logic using Levenshtein, Jaro-Winkler, and Metaphone to handle partial or unclear license plates.
• Created a real-time streaming service using Apache Kafka and Kafka Streams to spot rule violations quickly.

I worked on the backend of the Pearson learning platform.

• Built API services for things like student sign-up and course enrollment.

We built a powerful ETL platform to handle data and machine learning pipelines at scale.
I led the development of this platform from backend APIs to real-time data processing and container orchestration.

• Built backend services to create and run data pipelines using Docker, Kafka Connect, and Kafka Streams.
• Developed custom Kafka source and sink connectors, including ones that save datasets directly into Forcive.
• Created a SQL-like query language for Kafka Streams (before KSQL existed), using ANTLR to parse and run queries. This let users join and aggregate data without writing custom code.
• Added real-time alerts with JMX to track pipeline changes, component health, and data flow.

Forcive is an ERP system and big data platform that helps businesses of any complexity manage operations and work with large datasets at scale, I helped build core services and tools that simplified data processing and analysis for enterprises. My work included system design, core features, and testing.

• Developed a custom parser and interpreter for the Forcive query language, enabling non-technical users to execute advanced data queries and transformations.
• Built Java and C# SDKs providing developers full access to Forcive services.

Unifun builds telecom services for mobile operators around the world, I worked on SMS and USSD-based services that needed to be fast, stable, and reliable in a constantly changing telecom environment.

What I worked on:
• Built and integrated an SMPP-based notification service that handled 4–5 million messages daily. It connected mobile operators with content providers and supported ad delivery to subscribers.
• Created Bulk SMS and interactive SMS/USSD services like horoscopes, dating, and more.
• Developed analytics tools to track SMS traffic and billing. These tools helped operators and partners understand subscriber behavior, track revenue by week or month, and monitor other key metrics.
