Senior .NET/C# Backend Engineer
About Me
I am a Senior .NET/C# Backend Engineer with over 12 years of experience delivering scalable, robust, and high-performance solutions. I specialize in .NET Core/C# and Python, excelling at developing high-quality applications and services within agile frameworks. Throughout my career, I have successfully tailored complex systems and contributed to international projects, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
At Dell Technologies, I engineered a robust SMS architecture using .NET/C#, RabbitMQ, GitLab, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, and Domain-Driven Design principles, resulting in a reliable and efficient message delivery system. I played a key role in building microservices-based solutions that enabled the worldwide delivery of millions of SMS and thousands of WhatsApp messages.
I have tackled complex challenges in international projects, applying problem-solving skills to deliver effective backend solutions and frontend improvements using Angular. Working within agile and continuous delivery pipelines, I focus on optimizing performance with .NET/C# and SQL Server to build highly efficient and reliable messaging systems.
Previously, I collaborated with Qintess and Dell Technologies teams on international projects, implementing scalable SMS architectures and working in agile environments focused on performance and continuous delivery. As a freelancer, I delivered over 40 custom solutions including .NET/C# applications, Python web crawlers using MongoDB and MySQL, and Flask REST APIs, consistently achieving 5-star client reviews.
My earlier experience includes leading the development of .NET/C# applications at Petrobras, improving user engagement and streamlining processes by designing and maintaining backend services and user-facing interfaces using ASP.NET, WebForms, and MVC frameworks.
I hold a Postgraduate degree in Web Development and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Tiradentes University. I am proficient in English at an upper intermediate level (CEFR B2) with certifications from EF English Live, Cambridge English, and TOEFL ITP. I have also completed algorithmic courses from the University of California, San Diego and the Higher School of Economics.
I am passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions and continuously improving my skills to meet diverse client needs in dynamic and international environments.
