Governance, Risk & Compliance Associate

I am a Certified ISC² Associate (CCSP) with a solid academic foundation in Business Administration and a strong focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) within cloud and information security environments. I combine knowledge of risk assessment, cyber compliance frameworks, and data protection policies with strong analytical and communication skills, developed through roles in business operations and client management. My goal is to contribute to effective governance programs, cloud compliance initiatives, and cyber risk mitigation strategies aligned with global cloud security standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST, ensuring secure, compliant, and resilient business operations.

Throughout my professional experience, I have worked in various roles including sales representative, supply chain planner, and customer service support consultant. These roles have helped me develop skills in client management, process optimization, and escalation management. I am adept at managing client portfolios, supporting process improvements, and providing customized solutions to meet business goals.

I have a strong technical understanding of cloud architectural concepts, cloud compliance requirements, and cloud infrastructure security. This technical expertise is complemented by my business skills in client management, negotiations, sales management, and customer service management. I am proficient with tools such as MS Office Suite and SharePoint, which support my operational and communication tasks.

In addition to my professional skills, I am passionate about leadership and outdoor activities. I have experience as a summer camp team leader and outdoor guide, which has enhanced my teamwork and leadership abilities. I am also a musician, playing guitar, bouzouki, and clarinet, which reflects my creativity and discipline.

I am fluent in English, have good knowledge of German, and am a native Greek speaker. I hold driving licenses category A2 and B, which provide me with flexibility for various work environments.
