I’m someone who enjoys learning by doing and takes pride in seeing the results of hard work, whether it’s on a construction site or in everyday life. I’m down-to-earth, reliable, and always ready to take on a challenge. Over the years, I’ve learned the value of teamwork, staying calm under pressure, and being someone others can count on.

I started my career as a carpentry student at Slokker Construction Group, where I quickly developed hands-on skills in construction work. Through dedication, I earned the trust to take on increasing responsibility, eventually managing smaller projects independently.

Later, I joined Gooise Meren Construction as a carpenter and steadily advanced into a supervisory role through a combination of technical skill, reliability, and leadership. I managed multiple construction projects at once, overseeing teams, timelines, and quality control across various job sites. This role sharpened my ability to coordinate people and processes while maintaining high construction standards under pressure.

Most recently, at Zwaan & van den Bor Construction, I managed multiple construction projects from start to finish, taking full responsibility for on-site supervision, project planning, and cost calculation. I combined hands-on site leadership with back-office planning, ensuring that each project ran on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.

This dual role sharpened my ability to balance execution with strategic planning, making me a versatile and dependable professional in the construction industry.
