About Me

My journey with Scrum began long before I knew its name. It was a transformative experience that shaped my approach to work and life. Agile, for me, is more than a methodology — it’s a mindset that empowers individuals and teams, giving them a voice in their work and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

For me, authentic leadership is not about control, but about service. A true leader asks, “How can I help you succeed?” This servant-leadership approach fosters autonomy, collaboration, and trust, empowering teams to take charge of their workflow and deliver exceptional results.

As a Certified Scrum Master and founder of Summit Agility, I help small businesses and service providers build clarity-first systems, refine workflows, and document processes that scale. My toolkit includes Trello, Jira, GitHub Projects, Excel, and PowerPoint, all of which are used to support backlog refinement, stakeholder communication, and remote service delivery.

My passion extends beyond technology, into industries such as construction, hospitality, and rural healthcare, where Agile, particularly Scrum, can mitigate setbacks, spark innovation, and empower frontline workers to make informed decisions. My mission is to help leaders remove obstacles and build systems that truly serve their needs.

Throughout my career, I have achieved significant milestones such as scaling a startup from $2,000 to $100K in eight months, doubling a nonprofit’s annual budget through strategic grant acquisition, increasing restaurant weekend sales tenfold via upselling strategies, and pioneering cybersecurity governance earning the region’s first Cyber Aware Certification.
