* Led migration to Next.js v14, reducing average Time to Interactive from 2.1s to 1.7s
* Integrated analytics platforms (Snowplow, Parse.ly, Google Analytics) to track user behavior. Which increased by 23.7% newsletter subscriptions
* Expanded test coverage to 80.8% of codebase, reducing QA cycle time from 3 days to +-1 day

Played a key role in rescuing TGA from bankruptcy during the COVID-19 crisis by delivering a custom CMS for its client (World Athletics) under extremely tight deadlines.
