Data Analyst

Receiving, registering, distributing, and archiving project documents and correspondence, including drawings, and specifications on timely manner. Performing document quality checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards and procedures. Managing the distribution of documents to relevant parties, including internal teams, clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Maintaining accurate records of document revisions, transmittals, and other relevant information. Generating and distributing reports related to document control activities, including status reports and document registers. Collaborating with various project teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth document flow and timely document availability.

Generate detailed reports for various departments of RBI Bank using Microsoft Excel and conduct monthly audits for submission to the RBI team. Prepare monthly presentation slides and participate in meetings to define system scope and objectives for complex projects through research and fact-finding. Ensure data quality by cleaning, transforming, and preparing datasets for analysis, including resolving missing values, inconsistencies, and errors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic data analysis, extract actionable insights, and deliver recommendations supported by clear and compelling data visualizations. Provision user/Functional ID entitlements, compliance review requests and/or incident/change management handling for Citi's global customer base within established support thresholds. Assist higher management in maintaining operational service levels in line with the global GIDA standards. Escalations management- Ensure the escalations raised by clients are handled appropriately in a timely manner. Ensure adherence to pre-assigned SLO requirements for designated requests at a personal and team level.

On-Site & Remote Supports, Coordination with the regional project team for DC workflows. Distributes documentation to the project team and customers for review and comments. Maintain a Master Document Register (MDR) consisting of drawings, specifications, procedures, and plans. Manage the flow of correspondence in and out of the company through proper transmittals; ensure outgoing documents are accurate. Comply with company standards and policies, and protect and secure confidential and proprietary information. Printing, compiling, and shipping of MRB's (final documentation) to regional team.

Research and Analyse against best sellers to increase product numbers and sales. Quality checks for the data received on the products. Evaluation of Productivity Targets and ensuring the targets are met and work on exceeding targets. Providing Process Improvements for Constraints wherever applicable. Recipient of multiple positive reviews and appreciation for dedication towards completion of work at the said duration.

Maintain technical customer documentation. Effectively Troubleshoot Technical and Quality issues. Root Cause Analysis of each issue. To ensure all defined quality scores are met. Use of CIG Merlin tool to update and keep track of customers On Call Support. Resolving UK customer's water bill issues.
