Junior Project Manager

I am Renata Safiullina, currently working as a Junior Project Manager at Dreem, a relocation and immigration consulting company. I have experience coordinating client tasks, managing deadlines, compiling reports, and ensuring smooth communication across multiple teams. I am dedicated to maintaining compliance with internal policies and client-specific protocols to deliver high-quality service.

My background includes working as a Key Account Manager at BGS Group, where I coordinated participation of international companies in industry events, managed client communications, and led negotiations to align event packages with client goals. I am skilled in CRM tools and sales material creation, which helped generate significant sales revenue.

I am pursuing a Master's degree in Language, Society and Communication at the University of Bologna, with a major in Russian and English Linguistics. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Russian and English language teaching from Ural State Pedagogical University. My academic background supports my strong language skills and cultural understanding.

In addition to my professional work, I have been actively involved in organizing educational and cultural activities, such as facilitating a Russian Speaking Club and participating in a pedagogical team that organized events for schoolchildren and university students. I have also volunteered in Hungary, supporting event coordination and youth club activities.

I am fluent in Russian and English, with conversational proficiency in Italian. I am proficient in various technical tools including Zoom, MS Teams, Slack, Notion, Miro, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems. I have also completed an online course in Project Management via Coursera, which has enhanced my project coordination skills.

I am passionate about project management and client relations, and I am eager to continue growing my expertise in these areas while contributing to impactful projects and events.
