My background includes working as a Key Account Manager at BGS Group, where I coordinated participation of international companies in industry events, managed client communications, and led negotiations to align event packages with client goals. I am skilled in CRM tools and sales material creation, which helped generate significant sales revenue.
I am pursuing a Master's degree in Language, Society and Communication at the University of Bologna, with a major in Russian and English Linguistics. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Russian and English language teaching from Ural State Pedagogical University. My academic background supports my strong language skills and cultural understanding.
