I am a data-driven analyst with nearly two years of experience, including internships, in performance analysis, demand monitoring, and optimization of complex operational systems. My expertise lies in SQL, Python, BI tools, Microsoft Power Platform, and KPI frameworks. I have a proven ability to manage analytical projects end-to-end and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. I am committed, proactive, and reliable, bringing structure, curiosity, and genuine motivation to build impactful products.

In my recent role as an AI Integration Engineer at Danone SA in Paris, I designed and deployed AI assistants integrated with SharePoint using Power Automate and Power Apps, automating document management processes and improving search efficiency for over 250 users. I took ownership of analytical projects, coordinating with technical, data, and business teams to ensure alignment with operational and business priorities. I also delivered structured reports and presentations to highlight performance, risks, and opportunities for optimization.

Previously, I worked as a Junior BI Analyst at Sberbank PJSC, where I analyzed large transactional datasets to monitor regional business portfolios, built and maintained SQL-based ETL pipelines, and designed interactive dashboards using Power BI, Qlik Sense, and Tableau. I partnered with business and engineering teams to identify performance gaps and propose optimization actions.

I have also been responsible for document management in a non-profit organization, where I organized and maintained shared documentation, designed classification standards, and improved accessibility and reliability of operational documents supporting international projects.

Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Science degree in Data Science at EURECOM in France, where I am engaged in academic projects involving multi-step reasoning systems, research on error propagation in LLM pipelines, and coursework in machine learning, NLP, neural networks, and databases. I am fluent in English and Russian, professionally proficient in French, and actively involved in volunteering and educational activities, including teaching mathematics and organizing educational camps.
