About Me
I am a B2B Product & Solutions Analyst specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. My expertise lies in shaping product positioning, defining scope, creating work plans, and developing business cases that enable teams to make quick and informed decisions regarding pilots, refinements, or project termination. I focus primarily on enterprise pilot preparation by translating vague requests into clear requirements and artifacts necessary for business, security, and legal approvals, as well as for development task setting.
In my current role, I work on project-based assignments where I conduct regulatory and scientific documentation screening, segmentation, and value proposition development to align MVP focus and work plan priorities. I gather and analyze client feedback to perform gap analysis and update requirements, ensuring the product meets enterprise expectations.
I am experienced in conducting security and legal reviews, including data flow diagrams, role-based access control, and storage/anonymization/audit requirements. I identify blockers and create next-step plans to facilitate approvals. Additionally, I develop pilot business cases by calculating total cost of ownership (TCO) and return on investment (ROI), outlining key assumptions and implementation scenarios to support budget and pilot format decisions.
My work also involves stakeholder requirements alignment to agree on scope and work plans. I have contributed to EdTech MVPs powered by large language models (LLMs), focusing on strategy, monetization, hypothesis validation, and financial modeling. I define quality requirements for LLMs, including source validation, human-in-the-loop processes, error classification, acceptance criteria, and quality verification protocols to ensure successful MVP launches and continuous improvement.
I am available for full-time work (40 hours per week) and possess advanced English language skills (C1 level). My technical skills include basic SQL, API requirements gathering (Swagger/Postman), JSON, data flow analysis, RBAC, and proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
