Senior Full Stack Engineer

I am an Electronic Engineer with a proven track record of transitioning from hardware and robotics engineering to high-impact software development. I created Veganicapp, a platform with over 2000 active users, and have extensive expertise in backend architectures using Ruby on Rails, AI/LLM integration, and cross-platform mobile development. I have demonstrated the ability to lead product life cycles from conceptualization and technical architecture through to monetization and scaling in international markets.

In my role as CTO and Founder at Musuq Technologies, I spearheaded the design, development, and production deployment of Veganicapp on iOS and Android. I migrated the mobile architecture from Expo Managed to Bare Workflow to integrate custom native modules for advertising and integrated multimodal AI models for automated nutritional label analysis via real-time image processing. I also architected a real-time geolocation system managing over 500 points of sale.

I developed intelligent AI tutoring systems leveraging FastAPI and Meta’s API, engineering custom context ingestion logic to provide persistent conversational memory and automating monetization workflows integrated with relational databases. I have directed full-stack development for international clients, coordinating remote teams and ensuring high-quality coding standards and agile methodologies.

As a Technical Mentor at Microverse, I mentored over 20 junior developers through rigorous code reviews, ensuring adherence to clean code principles, design patterns, and scalability standards. I streamlined collaborative repositories by implementing structural optimizations, significantly enhancing code performance and maintainability, and led weekly technical mentoring sessions fostering best practices and professional resilience.

Previously, I worked as an Embedded Systems Developer at Paruro.pe, engineering over 40 electronics projects using Arduino and Raspberry Pi platforms with C++ and Python. I authored technical tutorials that increased client engagement and facilitated workshops instructing advanced programming techniques and embedded systems implementation.

My education includes a Full-Stack Web Development Program at Microverse with over 1,300 hours dedicated to mastering advanced algorithms, data structures, and full-stack architecture. I hold a B.S. in Electronic Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, where I developed a strong foundation in software-hardware integration and completed a Smart Cities thesis project involving embedded microcontroller programming and mobile app development.
