I am an Italian–British qualitative researcher with around five years of experience conducting research sessions across various sectors including technology, life sciences and healthcare, energy, retail, tourism, and security. I am skilled in moderating one-to-one interviews, mini-groups, and focus groups in both Italian and English. I have experience designing discussion guides, analyzing transcripts, and turning complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations. I am comfortable collaborating with international agencies and cross-functional teams, including US-based stakeholders.

Currently, I work as a freelance qualitative researcher collaborating with clients across the UK, US, Europe, and the UAE. My work involves moderating research sessions and delivering actionable recommendations through comprehensive reports and executive summaries. I have moderated over 30 research sessions in Italian and English and delivered research outputs on health and mental health topics such as Parkinson’s disease, hypertension, and schizophrenia.

I have authored in-depth reports and presentations for clients in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, including Boehringer Ingelheim International. Additionally, I have conducted market research on UK suppliers, producing detailed reports combining primary and desk research findings. Previously, I contributed to high-profile UK government projects across sectors including security, environment, AI and machine learning, policy, and elections. I was responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end research plans, from defining problems and selecting methodologies to conducting fieldwork and delivering recommendations. I have facilitated team workshops, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and integrated user insights into AI and machine learning strategies.

My achievements include conducting multiple rounds of usability testing, facilitating proto-persona workshops, delivering detailed personas and user journey maps, and producing qualitative summaries and secondary research decks for government departments. I am adept at leveraging AI tools to support data analysis, insight generation, and reporting.

I hold a Master in History of Art from Birkbeck College, London, and a BA in Philosophy with a major in Social Sciences from Universita' di Milano. I am currently pursuing an MSc in Psychology through a self-paced program. I have also completed professional courses with the American Psychological Association and the University of Lund in observational methods, qualitative data analysis, interviewing methods, and AI ethics.

In addition to research, I have experience managing social media activities to support community engagement and brand visibility, particularly in mental health and social care sectors. I am fluent in English and Italian and passionate about delivering insights that drive meaningful improvements in products and services.
