I am an industrial engineer specialized in digital product management with experience leading the full lifecycle of technological solutions. My academic background includes a Master's degree in Information Technologies and Analytical Intelligence from Universidad Anáhuac, Campus Norte, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from IPN UPIICSA. I have developed competencies in project management tools such as Monday, Jira, Notion, and Gitlab, as well as methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum. I also have basic programming skills in Python and R.

Throughout my career, I have held various roles including Operations Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Program Manager, and Digital Project Manager, where I have led projects involving CRM integration, e-commerce development, and process digitalization.
