About Me
I am a Project and Systems Manager, primarily focused on SAP, with over 15 years of experience across various sectors including Public, NGO, Energy, Health, Transport, Construction, Retail, Aeronautics, and Manufacturing. I am a professional individual who works towards objectives, proactive, analytical, a team player, and adaptable to change. Throughout my career, I have held roles such as IT Manager, Deputy Director of IT, Project Manager, Managed Services Support Manager (AMS), Web Developer, SAP FI-CO and MM Consultant, and QA for Functional, Non-Functional, Volume, and Stress Testing.
I have collaborated with internal auditors (OIC) and external auditors (ASF, KPMG), managing SAP support desks at levels N1, N2, and N3, as well as software factories. The certifications I hold have enabled me to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the quality expected by our clients. This experience makes me well-qualified to manage any type of Information Technology project successfully.
My recent roles include managing SAP S/4Hana upgrade projects, implementing methodologies such as Activate, and coordinating with operational, accounting, fiscal, and logistics areas. I have extensive experience in project planning, risk management, resource and budget management, and stakeholder communication.
