About Me

I am an IT Specialist with specialized training in computer forensics, malware analysis, device hardening, Cisco networking, network forensics, and cyber security law and ethics. Over the years, I have gained hands-on experience supporting technical applications and assisting customers with troubleshooting and account management. My work experience includes roles at Home Depot, Learfield IMG College, and Volunteers of America, where I have developed strong skills in IT support, user rights management, and disaster recovery planning.

Currently, I work as a Product Support Technician at Home Depot, providing technical support for design applications and helping customers resolve issues efficiently. I also assist with billing inquiries and account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate documentation of tax updates within our order system. Prior to this, I served as a Help Desk Support Technician at Learfield IMG College, where I utilized Concur and Azure/Cayosoft systems to manage user access and troubleshoot login issues.

My experience also includes a role as an IT Assistant Manager at Volunteers of America, where I was responsible for forensically destroying hard drives, implementing disaster recovery and safety plans, and managing employee profiles within Azure/Cayosoft software systems. These roles have strengthened my technical and managerial capabilities in IT environments.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Administrative Management from Central Washington University and have completed additional training in Digital Forensics and Cyber Security at Edmonds Community College. I am certified by Cisco Systems and have earned certificates in PC Pro, Anti-Cyber Terrorism, and Cyber Incident Analysis and Response.

I am proficient in multiple operating systems including Windows 10, Mac OS, and various Linux distributions. My technical toolkit includes forensic software such as Access Data, WINHEX, and The Sleuth Kit, as well as networking tools like Packet Tracer and Wireshark. I am committed to continuous learning and applying my skills to enhance cybersecurity and IT support functions.
