English Teacher

I am Safonova Alena Gennadievna, an experienced English teacher and literary critic with a Bachelor's degree from Slavic University in Chisinau city. Over the past decade, I have worked as a freelance translator for a charitable foundation in Tiraspol, providing translation services for missionary groups and orphanages, as well as preparing reports in English. Since 2020, I have been teaching English at the online school Skyeng, working with children, teenagers, and adults. I am fluent in English and have a strong ability to connect with students, including those who are considered difficult learners. My teaching approach is individualized and flexible, allowing me to adapt to each student's unique needs and learning style. I am benevolent, open, and highly motivated to work with diverse groups of students. Additionally, I have lived and studied in the USA, which has enriched my language skills and cultural understanding. I also have basic proficiency in Spanish and Romanian at A2 level. I am passionate about education and committed to helping my students achieve their language goals through patience and personalized teaching methods.
