Additionally, for 2 years I worked as an Account Manager in a hotel management company, where I truly felt very comfortable. I worked in customer service handling calls and emails for booking overnight stays. On the other hand, I managed incidents and problems on reservation platforms such as Booking, Airbnb, and Expedia, among others. I also worked on data analysis of each accommodation to present it to the owners.
I worked in stock control with suppliers, as well as in virtual and in-person customer service at the point of sale
