I am Carlos Abel Silva Vasquez, a proactive professional currently studying Systems Engineering and holding a technical degree in Industrial Electronics with a specialization in Cybersecurity and Corporate Hacking. I have developed strong skills in teamwork and adaptability, which allow me to effectively contribute to organizational success. My passion lies in the fields of information technology, network infrastructure, and electronic maintenance, where I aim to apply my specialized technical competencies.

Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have completed various specialized courses including Python programming, Linux environment customization, ethical hacking, and network security. These experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity principles and practical applications.

In my current role as an Administrative Operator at the Public Ministry - National Prosecutor's Office, I provide Level 1 and 2 Help Desk support, coordinate IT requests nationwide, and conduct training on software tools such as GLPI. This position has enhanced my customer service skills and my ability to manage IT support operations efficiently.

Previously, I worked as a technician providing preventive and corrective maintenance for computer equipment, delivering technical support, and training clients on equipment usage. I have also gained experience as a Junior Technician assisting with Help Desk operations, equipment configuration, and diagnostics.

I am fluent in Spanish and have working knowledge of English, which supports my ability to engage in diverse professional environments. I am committed to continuous learning and professional growth in the cybersecurity and IT sectors, aiming to contribute effectively to any team or project I join.
