I am a service-delivery and SAP/ERP operations professional with 25 years of experience, starting from hands-on production roles and evolving into leadership positions within the Department of Defense's Logistics Modernization Program (LMP). My career began with manual labor and operational roles such as drywall installation, forklift operation, and woodworking, which laid a strong foundation for my understanding of complex operational environments.
Over the years, I have progressed through various roles at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, including Materials Handler, Inventory Auditor, Data Quality Lead, and Logistics Modernization Program Specialist. I have been deeply involved in the implementation and management of SAP systems across multiple DoD installations, providing training, support, and leadership to end users and subject matter experts.
