I am Ruben Marino, a dedicated professional currently working as a Research and Development Operator and Programmer at Riello UPS s.p.a. My primary focus is on software management and development for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, with particular attention to the graphical interfaces of the machinery. I am skilled in analyzing functional and technical requirements to tailor graphical interfaces to client needs. I develop and maintain embedded software using C, C++, and Rust, leveraging frameworks such as QT. I collaborate closely with hardware and firmware design teams to ensure optimal system integration and functionality. I also verify and validate the correct network connection and operational status of the machinery.

Previously, I worked as a Technical Assistant at SOLETO S.P.A, where I coordinated technical teams in the field, ensuring alignment between field activities and central planning systems. My responsibilities included planning and coordinating field technicians' activities, providing technical assistance during interventions, verifying activity records, and acting as a liaison between operational teams and project managers to ensure timelines and quality standards were met.

I have experience as a Technical Consultant at Beta 80 Group, supporting fault management for SISS lines in pharmacies across Lombardy. I handled ticket analysis, coordinated technical interventions remotely and onsite, and monitored issue resolution according to defined SLAs. Additionally, I provided user support for the Zucchetti management software, focusing on issue collection, classification, and collaboration with technical teams to resolve tickets and implement requested changes.

My early career includes roles in retail and security, such as cashier, warehouse operator, and unarmed security guard, where I developed strong organizational and customer service skills. I also have experience in hospitality as a waiter and bar assistant, emphasizing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

I am currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering at Università Telematica Mercatorum while working full-time. I am a dynamic, optimistic individual with excellent communication skills and a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
