I am a dynamic professional passionate about customer relationship management, sales, and business development. With diverse experience in management, customer service, and B2B prospecting, I strive to deliver an optimal customer experience while achieving commercial objectives. Over the years, I have developed strong skills in team leadership, client satisfaction, and contract negotiation.
My career journey includes roles such as Commercial Engineer at Connecteo, where I specialized in B2B prospecting and closing contracts, ensuring client follow-up and support. I also founded and managed the startup LI-H and Just Us, overseeing project management, client negotiations, and team training.
As a Manager at GetHumanCall, I led teams, developed competencies, and managed performance and motivation. Currently, I work at MADECASS, handling contract sales and client satisfaction for both professional and individual clients, focusing on problem resolution and enhancing user experience.
Previously, I supervised teams at Intelcia, optimizing processes and monitoring performance. I also provided technical support at Comdata and served as Executive Director at OIMS Majunga Maytte, managing personnel, projects, and partner negotiations.
My educational background includes a License in Social Psychology from the University of Mahajanga, a License in Communication from GSI Antananarivo, and social sciences training at the University of Stavanger, Norway. I am fluent in French and have advanced proficiency in English.
I am skilled in client relations, negotiation, commercial closing, team management, marketing, communication, and business development. Additionally, I am proficient with various IT tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Office, WordPress, PHP, MySQL, and C++.
